Why I'm leaving SWE for IT

I'm very grateful for my time as a software engineer. I learned that it wasn't for me, at least not now. I spent some months exploring other career options, and slowly realized that I was missing the people part.
Of course, I love building and configuring technology myself, whether that be a full-stack website, a video game, a home lab, or anything else. But I want to channel that passion toward helping people directly, one-on-one.
So as I transition into IT, I hope to develop my customer service skills and connect with like-minded people.
